Luxurious Mid-Century Vacation Rental Property in Palm Springs

Palm Springs is renowned for its stunning mid-century architecture and breathtaking landscapes. Nestled in the heart of Palm Springs, is this truly exceptional 3 bed 3 bath quintessential California mid-century property that boasts a dazzling pool and an exquisitely designed casita. The enchanting poolside oasis that effortlessly combines timeless elegance with contemporary comfort. But it wasn’t always rainbows and sunshines! This project was a MAJOR renovation- inside and out! I worked with these delightful homeowners throughout the project (about 13 months total) selecting materials and light fixtures for their renovation and selected all new furnishing and decor that aligns with our modern, (colorful:), take on mid-century style. One of the largest Sukkha projects to date, the end result could not be more stunning - and unsurprisingly it’s been booked solid since it went live.

Mid-Century Marvel:

As you step foot onto this exceptional property, you'll immediately notice the unmistakable charm of mid-century design. The property features clean lines, open spaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow an abundance of natural light to fill the living areas. My goal was to capture the true essence of the mid-century style, incorporating iconic furniture pieces, sleek finishes (hello wallpaper!) , and vibrant colors that create a cohesive and visually stunning environment.

The Pool:

Undoubtedly, the focal point of this property is the inviting pool, an oasis of tranquility that invites you to relax and unwind. Surrounded by lush landscaping and strategically placed palm trees, the pool area provides a serene setting for leisurely lounging or hosting memorable gatherings. But it wasn’t always rainbow sunsets and sunshine out there! The patio and pool were completely redone- the outdoor space redesigned and a pergola was constructed. The sparkling waters glisten under the warm Palm Springs sun, creating a sense of serenity and escape from the outside world. Whether you're taking a refreshing dip or lounging on a poolside chaise, the pool area offers the perfect blend of privacy and luxury.

The Casita:

Adding to the allure of this property is the beautifully designed casita, a separate living space that serves as a private retreat for guests with a gorgeous view of the pool. This stand alone garage was in rough shape and we wanted to use that precious square footage as more space for guests - not parked cars! I was careful that the casita design has its own vibe, while harmoniously complementing the main house, seamlessly blending mid-century aesthetics with modern conveniences. With a private bathroom, a well-appointed workspace, and a stylish bedroom suite, the casita offers both functionality and sophistication.

Every Detail Matters:

This property is a testament to the meticulous attention to detail that went into its design. From the carefully selected furnishings to the thoughtfully chosen artwork, every element has been curated to create an ambiance that is both elegant and inviting.
