This homeowner purchased this property prebuild when her daughter moved to Nashville for work. A primary income property the suite will also be a refuge for her and her husband to escape the grind in NY and a place for the family to gather. This client requested a light, bright, minimal, zen space so we stayed in a neutral palette, adding depth and character through patterns and textures.
