3. Gourmet Food & Beverages

Cooperative Coffee Roasters

Cooperative Coffee is a local roaster in Asheville, NC. They roast to-order and ship whole beans to ensure freshness and aromatic complexity.

They recently opened their first coffee shop– it’s located in West Asheville near Hole Donuts and Taco Billy.

French Broad Chocolate

French Broad Chocolate has the most delicious chocolate in the cutest gift packaging. Everything is amazing, you really can’t go wrong, and their Holiday Collection is a great place to start (12 pieces for $39.)

 

Spicewalla is a local spice company by James Beard Award-winning chef Meherwan Irani. It’s in the same family as local favorites Chai Pani and Bottiwalla. The Bush Farmhouse

The Bush is the magical farm to table, South-African inspired establishment in the heart of Black Mountain, NC. They've been managing an extensive rebuild after horrific flood damage from Hurricane Helene; they plan to reopen in mid December 2024- Consider going ahead and purchasing a gift certificate to save for your next trip or for your favorite WNC local/tourist.
